We want our web site to be available to everybody and we try to make information accessible, clear and user-friendly.

You can increase or reduce the size of text by pressing "Ctrl" + the keys "+" or "-". Others, like Firefox and Ópera, offer different visualization options that might be useful to you.

You can access this site's sections without a mouse, using TAB and access keys, also known as "acceskeys". We've defined these acceskeys:

  • Key "4" for "Commercial network"
  • Key "5" for "Customers"
  • Key "6" for "News"
  • Key "7" for "Press releases"
  • Key "8" for "Where we are"
  • Key "9" for "Contact"
  • Key "L" for "Legal information"
  • Key "0" for "Accessibility"

¿How do I use acceskeys? This will depend on your operating system and your browser:

With Windows, if your browser is:

  • Firefox 2 and higher: Alt + Shift + acesskey.
  • Firefox 1.5 and lower, Mozilla, Netscape 6 and higher: Alt + Shift + acesskey.
  • Internet Explorer: Alt + acesskey, then press "Enter".
  • Ópera: Shift + Esc + acesskey.

With Mac, if your browser is:

  • Ópera: Shift + Esc + acesskey.
  • Safari 1.2: Ctrl + acesskey.
  • Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape 6 and higher: Ctrl + acesskey.
